The ground floor tourist furnished dwelling was designed as a single, low-scale dwelling developed in direct relationship to the landscape and skyline. The central design intent was to ensure uninterrupted views and a smooth transition between indoor and outdoor spaces. The composition is based on clean geometries, horizontal development and unobtrusive integration into the natural environment. The contemporary character of the residence is combined with a sense of calm, privacy and luxurious simplicity. The concept focuses on the experiential experience of space and light as a key architectural tool.
Architectural & decorative details
The architectural composition is organized around a strong axis of vision, with large glazing allowing a continuous visual connection with the outside and the pool. The ground floor layout enhances the flow of movement and functional clarity of the spaces, while outdoor seating areas, shading areas and water features act as a natural extension of the interior. The materiality is based on contemporary, timeless materials: smooth surfaces in bright, neutral tones, natural stone, wooden details and selected metal elements with a matt finish. The lighting, mainly indirect and architectural, highlights the clean lines of the shell and enhances the night-time atmosphere of the residence. The interior design follows a minimalist approach, with an emphasis on texture, comfort and unobstructed reading of the space, supporting a contemporary way of living that is directly linked to the landscape.
