The concept is based on the integration of the house into the natural environment, with low volumes and strong horizontality. The architecture is organized around the pool and outdoor spaces, creating a continuous flow between inside and outside. The use of natural materials and light are key design tools, enhancing the sense of calm and simplicity.
Detailed Architectural Description - Materials, Textures, Design
The residence is characterized by a modern, simple design with emphasis on the quality of materials and a sense of naturalness. The dominant element is natural stone, which is used on both exterior and interior walls, adding materiality, depth and connection to the landscape. Smooth surfaces in light, neutral tones complement each other, enhancing the brightness of the spaces. The colour palette runs in white, beige and earthy tones, with natural wood tones in the furniture, ceilings and details. Textures remain raw and authentic, creating a calm and inviting atmosphere. The furnishings are low, comfortable and organic, designed to support relaxation without overburdening the space. Large glazed windows allow natural light to diffuse throughout the interior, while openings frame the views of nature. The outdoor spaces, with pergolas and seating around the pool, act as an extension of the house, offering shade, comfort and constant contact with the environment. The overall result is a high quality tourist residence, where design, light and nature coexist in harmony.
