The house was designed as a modern interpretation of traditional architecture, in direct dialogue with the landscape and the local structural heritage. The central idea was to create an experiential living experience, where stone, light and water form a unified whole. The design is developed low and horizontal, ensuring privacy and unobstructed views. The residence functions as a haven of tranquility, combining authenticity and contemporary luxury. The concept is based on timelessness and a sense of place.
Architectural & decorative details
The architectural composition makes extensive use of local stone, both in the shell and in the open spaces, reinforcing the connection with the natural and cultural environment. The curved finials, arches and integrated elements allude to traditional forms, reinterpreted with contemporary precision. The interiors are characterized by natural textures, handcrafted elements, exposed wooden beams and special constructions made of stone and natural materials. Special emphasis is placed on water as an architectural element, with pools and water surfaces that organize the outdoor experience. Lighting is warm and scenic, highlighting materiality and detail, while the overall feel balances authenticity, comfort and understated luxury.
