The tourist residence was designed as a modern relaxation retreat, where the Mediterranean architectural identity is combined with the philosophy of wellness. Light, water and views are integrated into the design, creating a balanced accommodation experience that promotes tranquility, privacy and quality hospitality.
Building Description & Architectural Features
The building is developed on two levels and is organized around the private swimming pool and outdoor relaxation areas, which form the core of the residence. The architectural composition is based on clean geometries and gentle curves, with the predominant use of natural stone on the facades and interior walls. Floors and bathrooms are clad in pressed cement mortar in earthy tones of sand and ochre, while natural wood in ceilings, window frames and fixed furniture adds warmth and balance.
