The "Save 2025" programme
The "ExoEconomy 2025" programme remains active in 2026, continuing to financially support the energy upgrade of homes across the country. The basic condition is to achieve energy savings of at least 30% and upgrade the home by three energy categories, while for vulnerable groups - such as people with disabilities, families with three children and households affected by natural disasters - the subsidy can even reach 100%.
The deadline for completing the procedures has been postponed until 9 February 2026, giving beneficiaries valuable time to complete the procedures. This extension reinforces the role of the programme as a key tool for reducing energy costs and improving the energy efficiency of homes.
