The online platform for the new, expanded home renovation subsidy programme is expected to be launched in February 2026, which provides for increased amounts of support and a significant expansion of beneficiaries.

For the first time, the scheme is not only limited to closed properties, but is also extended to owner-occupied homes, enabling more owners to finance upgrade works.
